A Note from Scott and Marsha
July 11, 2019
People! Summer is here! It’s been a little crazy around here with everyone working in time off, us included. Remember all the times I complained about the rain? Yeh. I could complain about the lack of rain now but I will refrain. If you aren’t watering, well, you're a bad, bad plant person and we can’t be friends.

So this happened a week ago. We celebrated a 50th birthday. Nope, not mine. But our amazing and lovable “Swanson” ... you cannot help but love him. Rarely does he have a bad day. When he does have one, you can ask and he will openly share his feelings (which I adore about him). That and he makes all of us laugh with his antics and personality. And his knowledge on plants? Don’t even get me started.

You need green in your life? We have the perfect person(s) to help. All you gotta do is show up and ask! Hear that? I know it’s hot, but come on .... SHOW UP! We dare you. Happy Birthday, Sean!

TROPICAL TUESDAYS ARE BACK!
Tropical Tuesday is every Tuesday in July and August! Tropical Tuesday is the perfect opportunity to fill your home with houseplants for less! All of our houseplants are 10% OFF every Tuesday in July and August.
RUBBER PLANT
Judy, our houseplant guru, has proclaimed her favorite houseplant of all time: the Rubber Plant. She loves this plant for its gorgeous dark-green waxy leaves and for how low-maintenance it is. While she loves plants, she doesn't love "needy" plants, and the Rubber Tree is anything but needy. It doesn't require watering often, and does well in bright indirect light.
BLUSH PINK NANDINA
Check out the brilliant winter color of this small shrub! Winter may be a ways off, but imagine the bleak landscape of winter, and now reimagine it with the amazing color of this shrub dotting your landscape or garden. But this beauty is not only a stunner in the winter! It keeps gorgeous foliage all year long! And added bonus: it is deer-resistant!
DRIFT ROSES
You will want to pick out a few of these lovely rose bushes! They look great when planted in mass! Drift Roses offer vibrant color for many months. Plant in full sun for best performance. We have many colors in stock and they simply look fabulous! If you have a spot in your landscape or garden needing a low-growing bush, Drift Roses are an excellent choice!
