This staggering shift in societal demographics promises to have tremendous impacts on our economic, social and physical well-being. Both land and water programming for group fitness professionals and personal trainers alike will be addressed.

Tanna Bertamus
I'd like to introduce myself… my name is Tanna.  I started with NIHCA in May 2017. I am extremely thrilled to work with the best group of ladies on the planet! I have a lot of customer service experience from my previous employment. I worked as a customer service/insurance specialist for almost 10 years. I enjoy working with people and servicing them to make the best customer service experience. I enjoy spending time with my children, 3 grandchildren, family and friends. I also enjoy being outdoors, fashion & watching football.
I work as a team with the NIHCA staff to help increase the customer service we provide to fitness facilities across the nation that already work with us, help with member inquiries when they reach out to us and share the opportunity of the insurance fitness reimbursement programs with other fitness facilities. I love my NIHCA family and our mission. I treasure working alongside these amazing women to provide world-class customer service in all we do!
