The holiday season is upon us and with it comes overflowing to-do lists, unique workplace dynamics, gift-giving strain, entertaining and parties, kidsโ€™ events, travel and weather issues, emotional sensitivity, and many other stressors that can overload us.

During this session learn simple, effective ways to reduce holiday stress (or everyday stress) and recharge your body and mind. Each one takes just moments and they have been scientifically-proven to help you function more effectively!

Plus we will map out your 2023 vision and plan so you create the momentum and motivation to make it happen. You will walk away feeling less anxiety and more energy during the crazy holiday season AND get ready to own your awesome in 2023!

Please remember to submit the accurate number of workouts each month for each member, even if member's do NOT meet the required threshold. EX: John Doe worked out 4 times; enter 4 workouts. Only 1 workout per day will count; multiple check-ins per day should only be counted once.
Holiday hours: NIHCA offices will be closed to observe the holidays on Friday, December 23 and Friday, December 30.
