SPEAKER BIOS:


Rodney Nelson is a senior finance leader in the technology sector with experience spanning enterprise software and internet businesses. Mr. Nelson is currently Vice President of Investor Relations at Twilio, a role he has held since 2023. Prior to joining Twilio, Mr. Nelson was Director and Head of Investor Relations at Qualtrics, Head of Investor Relations at Palantir Technologies, and Senior Director and Head of Investor Relations at CarGurus. Before moving into investor relations, Mr. Nelson was a Senior Equity Research Analyst at Morningstar in Chicago covering enterprise software. Mr. Nelson is a former board member and Sponsorship Committee Chair for the NIRI Boston Chapter, and a member of the 2020 Class of NIRI's Rising Leaders Under 40. Mr. Nelson is an alumnus of the University of Chicago (AB'12, Economics).


Victoria Hyde-Dunn is the vice president of investor relations at Informatica. Victoria brings over 20 years of IR experience focusing on financial services and software-as-a-service (SaaS) industries across high-growth private equity ownership structures to established companies undergoing a transition. Victoria played a critical role in guiding Informatica through its successful IPO in October 2021. Prior to joining Informatica, she held IR roles at 8×8, Visa, McAfee, and Providian Financial. Victoria participates in IR Think Tanks and was named Best Investor Relations Officer Large-Cap in 2017 at the IR Magazine Awards. She currently serves as president of the NIRI San Francisco chapter and was named a NIRI Fellow in 2024. Victoria is also ranked as a top IR professional in Extel’s (formerly known as Institutional Investor (II)) 2024 survey and is part of the All-America Executive Team.


Mark Fasken co-founded Irwin in 2017. Under his leadership as Chief Operating Officer, the company scaled into a market-leading platform used by investor relations teams globally to manage investor relationships and capital markets strategy. In 2024, Irwin was acquired by FactSet, where Mark now serves as SVP and Co-Head of Irwin.


Mark is also the host of Winning IR, a top-rated podcast now in its fourth season, where he interviews IR leaders and capital markets experts about building strategic, modern IR programs.

A frequent speaker and advocate for innovation in investor relations, Mark travels regularly to meet with IR professionals and share insights on the evolving role of technology, data, and automation in the industry.



He lives in Toronto with his wife and three children and spends weekends skiing, cottaging, and doing other quintessentially Canadian things.


Chris Odeh is a Senior Director at Riveron Consulting, where he advises publicly traded small to large cap companies on investor relations strategy and execution across various industries. With over a decade of experience in capital markets and financial services, Chris specializes in investor and analyst day preparation, M&A communications, earnings support, shareholder activism defense, and investor targeting. He also partners with clients to develop strategic corporate messaging, industry and investment analysis, and gauge shareholder sentiment.


Prior to joining Riveron, Chris worked in investment banking at PMCF (P&M Corporate Finance) and Robert W. Baird, where he focused on sell-side M&A and valuation across industries including technology, consumer products, business services, and industrials. Earlier in his career, he served as a Senior Analyst and Credit Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and Chicago, supporting capital markets research and monetary policy implementation.


Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from DePaul University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
