These movement cards include gross motor activities with an insect, bugs, and creepy crawlers theme. -Source Pink Oatmeal

Click here for a great fine motor activity that works on grasping patterns, bilateral coordination, and visual motor integration. Once completed, you'll have a sensory bin full of DIY stress balls! Manipulating the corn in the balloons is a great way to develop a gross grasp, which uses all the fingers together at once.

The New Interdisciplinary School is an innovative early childhood learning center that respects the unique needs of all children and their families. Our commitment is to provide therapeutic and educational services in a nurturing environment with the highest standard of expertise. While we receive funding from NYS to provide education and therapy and Suffolk County to provide busing, we rely on fundraising to provide all of the unique programs and services that make our school the wonderful place it is.
