Football Themed Movement Cards: Try out this activity for ideas of a game that you can play while it is football season. Have your child pick one from each pile (warm-up, game ready, weight room, game planning, balance drills, victory celebration, cool down) and change them up each time.

Paul, a 2012 NIS alumnus, was non-verbal when he was a student at our school. He is not only verbal, he is bilingual, an honors student, and an expert level violinist.
