This change is part of our commitment to modernize our project management tools and enhance your experience with us.

What does this mean for you?

• You will now have a single, integrated platform for managing both support cases and projects, streamlining your interactions with our team.

• Improved Functionality

• Service Center SPM offers a modern design, enhanced project tracking, and better visibility into project status and activities.

• Customer Portal Access

• You’ll be able to access project details, tasks and updates directly through the customer portal, making it easier to stay informed and communicate with your project team.

• Consistent Experience

• By consolidating support and project management into one tool, you’ll benefit from a more consistent and efficient experience.

Transition Timeline

• New projects will be managed in Service Center SPM starting in December 2025.
• All projects will be fully transitioned out of Smartsheet by July 2026.
