Only OAuth Supported for Appsuite as of August 5, 2025 View as Webpage
NISC's Mass Deployment of iVUE AppSuite's OAuth Login Security Enhancement Nears Finish Line

On August 5, 2025, the remaining cloud domains will be moved to the OAuth login process for all iVUE AppSuite users. iVUE AppSuite will only support the OAuth login process after the August release of 25.7 and basic auth will be deactivated at this time.

For the remaining cloud domains that are moving to OAuth, on August 5 – when your employees start their day on August 5, please ask them log out of iVUE AppSuite, tap on Change Enterprise, and tap on the "Use Configured" hyperlink. These steps will change the device to OAuth mode. Any new devices added after this change is enabled will automatically use OAuth with no additional steps.

For more information, please see this Frequently Asked Questions document (a Community login is required).

For those cloud domains that have been previously moved to OAuth and may still have users that have not taken the necessary steps to activate the new OAuth login workflow, the 25.7 upgrade will impact them. If you have users that have not switched over to use the OAuth workflow, the upgrade to the 25.7 August release will automatically log them out and force the user to switch over to the new OAuth workflow. The user will have to log in with their credentials, and this will NOT require the entry of the Organization ID.

If you would like to enable this option sooner, please contact the NISC Tech Support Team, tech-support@nisc.coop. Enabling OAuth prior to August 5 will give your technical and security teams extra time to integrate this new feature with current security protocols.
