We’re excited to announce that your customers can now make payments by phone through NISC’s cloud-based Multi-Channel Messenger Payments!

Multi-Channel Messenger Payments merges the safe, efficient payment capabilities of Secure Payments with the engagement power of Messenger. Multi-Channel Payments is scalable, provides a single administration source and allows Members to customize the voice their customers hear at the end of the line. It also reduces NISC’s Payment Card Industry (PCI) scope by sending payments directly to the credit card processor.

The integration of payments enhances the customer experience in several ways while retaining many features they are accustomed to. Through a phone call, customers can make payments or receive account information, as well as sign up for auto pay, make account updates and add payment extensions.

To get started with Multi-Channel Messenger Payments, please fill out the form below to let us know your interest and provide a little more information that can help you integrate this solution. There is no fee for Members that are currently utilizing the Secure Payments solution. For Members not using Secure Payments, there is a one-time setup fee to add this functionality, but no recurring fee for the solution.
