NISD Snack Pack program continues during summer
The Snack Pack program is part of the iNvest2Serve initiative, serving students in Northwest ISD who are in need of food because of the coronavirus pandemic and cannot access other community resources. Your support positively impacts families who are most at risk of not having food during the ongoing crisis!

Fort Worth Public Library offers virtual teen book club
Fort Worth Public Library buildings remain temporarily closed to the public, but teen readers are encouraged to read and share their thoughts via a new virtual Teen Book Club.

Hosted on Discord, the chat is designed for school-aged teen readers between 13 and 17 years old. The books selected for discussion will always be available for free as eBooks on Overdrive (and via the mobile Libby app). The first is With The Fire on High by Elizabeth Acevedo.
Donate a book to an NISD student in need
Your donation matters! Most of the students we're serving during this time come from homes that lack a print rich environment, so our response is critical to providing resources and closing educational gaps.
Thank you!
To date, your generosity has inspired the delivery of:
  • weekly snack pack to almost 1,300 children
  • essential school supplies to 365 NISD students
  • two, new reading books to 1,200+ NISD students
