Celebrate North Texas Giving Tuesday Now by supporting NISD students and teachers
Our greatest asset in an unprecedented time is one another. Your donation to the Northwest ISD Education Foundation has the power to support students and families across the district who need our help the most! Now more than ever, it is important to ensure every NISD student has access to food, school supplies, books and basic hygiene items.

NEF Advisory Board thanking teachers for Teacher Appreciation Week
Teachers in Northwest ISD change the lives of more than 25,000 students every day. With the abrupt end to the physical school year, our teachers have done even more to continue education with virtual classrooms and learning at home lessons. All their hard work ensures every student has the tools they need to reach their full potential. Help us show NISD educators how much we appreciate their hard work by sending an email, a picture or a card to your favorite teacher!
Donate a book to an NISD student in need
Reading for 6 minutes a day reduces stress by 68%.
Reading can be a fun and healthy escape from the stress of everyday life, which is more important than ever before as our students face uncertain times. Help us bring a book (or two!) to the home of every NISD student in need!

ICYMI: Dr. Warren reads a Curious George classic for this year's Virtual Northwest Reads
Northwest Reads is an annual event that aims to provide community members with an opportunity to inspire district students to become lifelong readers! Due to the ongoing pandemic, this year's event was held virtually on the Partners in Education Facebook page .

Click the video above to watch Dr. Warren's story time on Facebook. Don't forget to visit the PIE page to watch videos from each member of the NISD Board of Trustees.
Thank you to our supporters!
The iNvest2Serve initiative serves students in Northwest ISD who are in need of food, books or school supplies during the extended school closure and cannot access other community resources. Your support positively impacts families who are most at risk of having no food or educational resources during this crisis.

To date, your generosity has inspired weekly snack pack deliveries to more than 1,200 children and provided 365 students with the essential school supplies they need to learn.
