New Jersey's Supreme Court ruled that real estate auctions do not require a three-day attorney review. 

While standard real estate transactions require a three-day attorney review, the court found three-day reviews would hinder buyers abilities to purchase property at bargain prices and the ability of sellers to benefit from having an accelerated sale. Read the opinion summary right here.
