Named in honor of the late Herb Jackson, a communication professor and advisor to the student newspaper from 1973 until his death in 1990, the 'Herb Jackson Center for Journalism—Home of The Beacon' is located on the second floor of The Atrium.

'Here/Now,' a Juried Exhibition of Student Artwork, on Display at University Galleries

On view through Mary 8, the exhibition showcases drawing, illustration, painting, photography, sculpture, textiles, animation, and graphic design. It was juried by art faculty members Myles Dunigan, Eileen Foti, Ashley Gerst, and James Lee. Gallery hours are Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
