Board of Education Support of Executive Coaching, Building Better Teams and Leaders

Executive coaching is an essential leadership tool for executives across many industries, however, it has not been widely utilized by school and district leaders. This session is focused on executive coaching through the lens of board of education members and superintendents who have experience with executive coaching. The participants will discuss what traditional individual coaching means to their practice as leaders, as well as how coaching can support leadership team development.

Great Schools New Jersey: An Association of High Needs School Districts - Beyond the Numbers: Navigating the Future of School Funding in New Jersey

School Administrator Residency Program Mentor Update

This one-hour session will highlight mentoring resources, mentoring protocols, and recent
