This support group is an avenue for parents who are new to a Tourette Syndrome diagnosis to seek support and guidance from parents who have more experience, as well as an opportunity for parents with more familiarity in coping with TS to help guide new families.

Looking to advocate but not sure how? There are many different ways you educate others and raise awareness. We’ll talk about our upcoming virtual walk, gaining proclamations, and hear from some advocates about how they used outside their box thinking to spread the word about TS. We’d be glad to hear some new ideas as well, so please join us!

Dr. Sarah Allen, a mom, parent strategist, doctoral professor, and school program consultant, will lead this discussion on how self-care promotes positive health outcomes, such as fostering resilience, living longer, and becoming better equipped to manage stress.
