Jim Dapp
Jim Dapp began his 35 year career in the construction equipment business at the age of 17 with the Ralph C. Herman Co. in Marlboro New York. Jim "grew up" in the industry working summers, weekends and vacations all the way through college as a gopher, mechanic, truck driver, operator and product sales demonstrator. After college he took on any job available in the industry. This gave Jim the great "nuts and bolts" background he has applied throughout his sales career and that Jim's customers have always appreciated.

Jim worked for Bobcat of New York and Bobcat of North Jersey for a combined 14 years. Before Captain Safety arrived, Jim would do a 5 minute safety talk at every NJLCA meeting and provide safety articles for the newsletters.  He recently attended the NJLCA Pizza Night to catch up with old friends.  Jim will be missed.  Details of Jim's services are not yet available, but we will update you when we have more information.
Michael Kevin Joseph Tous
We were so sorry to hear of the unexepected and untimely death of Michael J. Tous' son, Michael Kevin Joseph Tous.

Mike Tous has been a member of NJLCA for many years and is a form Regional Vice President of the Association.  He still assists with educating members and the industry, in both Spanish and English, using his unique sense of humor and direct way of teaching.  Our prayers are with his family at this trying time.
