NJSOP Strategic Plan

The current NJSOP strategic plan, sunsetting in March 2025, is the roadmap of our goals, priorities, and actions. It serves as a guide for our Board of Directors’ annual decision-making and resource allocation to ensure alignment with the overall NJSOP mission, and to protect and improve eye and vision health for New Jersey populations. Stay Tuned: New Collaboration with AOA

This year, we will be meeting with AOA staff to ensure our efforts on your behalf are in sync. Next quarter, the NJSOP will join more than 25 state optometry associations by integrating into the AOA association management platform. This strategic collaboration aims to enhance member services through a cutting-edge technology foundation, positioning the NJSOP for both revenue growth and operational excellence. The NJSOP staff will have access to AOA’s in-house services team for support. In response to members’ input, we have been working with AOA to ensure that our website sitemap is sleek and easily accessed via mobile devices. We look forward to gaining our members’ feedback on the new platform and collaborative efforts with AOA.
