April Mission of the Month - 
Habitat for Humanity

In the month of April, your gifts will be sent to Starke/Pulaski County Habitat for Humanity. 
 In partnership with God and people everywhere, Habitat for Humanity
 of  Starke/Pulaski Counties develops communities with God's people in need by
 building decent housing in which people can live and grow into all that God intended.  
Its mission is to mobilize the church and community to transform lives in the Name of Christ.

SONHARVEST
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

What:  VBS
When:  June 4-7
Time:  5:45-7:45 p.m.
Who:  Preschool - 5th Grade (Grade going in to in August 2018)

Mark your calendars now!  Sign up sheets for volunteers will be in the Narthex this month.  We need volunteers for Snacks, Crafts, Games & Bible Stories.  Also adults to lead children to & from centers will be needed.

Let's all work together to make this the greatest VBS ever!  


  
 
     Little Lights Preschool
 
   There is excitement in the air at Little Lights Preschool - finally Spring is here!  Our preschoolers are anticipating warm weather and a lot of outdoor fun!  We will continue to have Show & Tell on Thursdays and Fridays.  The MWF and T/TH classes will do activities on the letters Q,R,S,T,U,V, W and X.
    Our Bible stories will be about Jesus appearing to His followers after he died on the cross.  Jesus wants us to believe in Him.
    May will be here before we know it so we will begin practicing songs, action rhymes, etc. that we will do at our Graduation Program.

Our meeting this month will be on Tuesday, April 10th at 1:30 p.m. in the Church Lounge.  All women are invited!  Nancy Patrick will be the leader.  Sanctuary Clean-Up for April is Barbara McLaughlin.

The annual Rummage Sale will be held in Fellowship Hall. All proceeds will be used to help fund our Outreach Building Project. We need donations of items and volunteers to help!!! For more information, call Linda Lewandowski (574-896-3635).
