Choices
When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth; for he will not speak on his own, but will speak whatever he hears, and he will declare to you the things that are to come. (John 16:13)
Life poses many important choices for us to make each day.  Certainly, the most important choice a person makes is whether or not they are going to follow God, the Creator who formed them.

April Mission of the Month - 
Habitat for Humanity

In the month of April, your gifts will be sent to Starke/Pulaski County Habitat for Humanity. 
 In partnership with God and people everywhere, Habitat for Humanity
 of  Starke/Pulaski Counties develops communities with God's people in need by
 building decent housing in which people can live and grow into all that God intended.  
Its mission is to mobilize the church and community to transform lives in the Name of Christ.

     Little Lights Preschool
 
   There is excitement in the air at Little Lights Preschool - finally Spring is here!  Our preschoolers are anticipating warm weather and a lot of outdoor fun!  We will continue to have Show & Tell on Thursdays and Fridays.  The MWF and T/TH classes will do activities on the letters S,T,U,V, W and X.
    The children will learn that thre is much more to Easter than the Easter Bunny, eggs, and candy.  They will learn that Jesus died on the cross and came back to life for our sins!
    We will celebrate Easter in our classroom by having and Easter Party and an Easter egg hunt.

OUTREACH BUILDING OPEN HOUSE!!!
Saturday, April 6th
1:00-3:00 p.m.

All are invited to attend the Open House for the new Outreach Building.  Come support our Outreach Ministries and tour the new location.  Light refreshments will be served.  The building houses our Kid's Closet and Food Pantry Ministries and is located at 4735 W. Hwy. 10 in North Judson.

UNITED METHODIST WOMEN 

 
Our meeting this month will be on Tuesday, April 9th at 1:30 p.m. in the Church Lounge.  All women are invited!  Nancy Patrick will be the leader.

RUMMAGE SALE
Thursday, May  2nd  - 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m
Friday, May 3rd - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 4th - 8:00 a.m. - Noon

 
The annual Rummage Sale will be held in Fellowship Hall. All proceeds will be used to help fund our Outreach Building. We need donations of items and volunteers to help!!! Please bring in clothes/items starting Saturday, April 27th through Wednesday May 1st at Noon.  If no one is available at the hall when you come to drop off, please call Jose Marquez (574-806-7064).
