NLLD Welcomes New Project Manager Arthur Ostheimer to the Team

The NLLD is pleased to introduce new Project/Program Manager Arthur Ostheimer.

Arthur joined the District on December 5 and is responsible for monitoring the progress of NLLD levee and drainage projects, and advancing work on these projects.

A Terrebonne Parish native, he earned Management and Construction Management degrees at LSU and gained valuable project management experience with a local engineering firm before taking on his current role at NLLD.   Arthur and his wife have four young children and live in Bayou Black, where he enjoys hunting, fishing, and helping his father with the family's vegetable farm.
