Please welcome our new Office Administrator, Naomi Muise
We are thrilled to bring Naomi on board to join the NMA team. Naomi brings a wealth of experience working in a not-for-profit environment. Along with an array of skills in fundraising, grant writing, event planning and more. A natural born entrepreneur with a strong history in manufacturing, her energy, finesse, and strive for excellent customer service, will be an amazing addition to our team. We would also like to take a moment to thank Linda Ferguson, who for the past 7 months supported the NMA through our transition time and provided excellent admin support to the Board and Managing Director. We wish her all the best on her new journey with Jan Lakatos - also a Cobourg business!

FedDev Roundtable Discussion
The NMA and its members had the opportunity to meet with the Federal Ministry of Economic Development to share our successes and challenges within the County relating to funding/grants and support received by the Federal Government. This was an excellent chance for us to share our voice and to communicate as a group where we see opportunities for growth and where our challenges lie.
Thank you to those members who joined us - we were quite proud to have such a great representation of our industry. As the Ministry rep stated - 'Northumberland was the largest group they've met and were blown away by our participation'. Our reply: Yep - that's how the NMA rolls!
