Round Table Discussion with MPP David Piccini & Skills Ontario
On December 17, over fifteen NMA manufacturers met with MPP Piccini and Skills Ontario to engage in an open discussion on: career of trades, engaging our youth/students and what, as manufactures is required for the future workforce in our industry.
The round table presented a great opportunity for us to share challenges, to provide insight into our ever changing industry and to brainstorm solutions with a goal of creating a future path that is win-win for everyone.
Thank you to all the members who joined us and for those unavailable to attend - don't worry - we'll have updates coming soon and other opportunities for continued participation in this discussion.

Mosaic Logistics (Meyers 2.0.)
NMA Managing Director Darla Price met with Mosaic Logistics a few weeks ago to learn more about how they've integrated an amazing new technology to manage manufacturers logistics.
While not an Associate Member of the NMA, based on the information provided, Darla would highly recommend this company to the membership.
Quick bio:
Mosaic has synchronized technology with freight and logistics to give mid-level sized companies a competitive edge when managing that aspect of their business. By replacing the traditional methods with a streamlined TMS Software, your company can expect drastically increased efficiencies to its workflow and better business visibility, granular freight analysis and all pertinent information at your fingertips. This control tower will become an extension of your business where you can easily process and manage everything freight related.
