In the coming days, licensees will be receiving a letter regarding the cyber incident. While NMRLD is unaware of any confirmed access or misuse of personal information, as a precaution, NMRLD is offering a free twelve-month credit monitoring membership with Experian.

In the letter, it provides the appropriate steps and contact information for licensees to sign-up.

The department has set up a call-center to answer calls. Additionally, there will be a page on the website that a licensee can submit their information online.
