Action Alert: Workforce Shortage
Seasonal and temporary workers are critical to small businesses and the restaurant industry at large. Without an increase in the H-2B visa cap relief, restaurants could face a workforce shortage that may result in reduced operating hours or even store closures.  

Approximately 66% of seasonal labor needs will go unfulfilled this spring if Congress does not act immediately. 

Tell Congress to act now and provide immediate H-2B visa cap relief.
