September Updates

Happy fall!

We look forward to seeing you at our all-member meeting this Friday, September 26th at 1 pm MT. At this meeting we are excited to share a look at the 2024-25 Measuring and Strengthening our Impact Report. The report covers the Collaborative activities over the past year and guides us into future directions.

This month, the CLRS workgroup and the Steering Committee reviewed and provided feedback on the YesNMConnect Logic Model. The feedback was sent to Roberto Martinez (HCA) and the UNM PRC team leading the logic model development. You can view the YesNMConnect website here.

The Tribal Health Systems workgroup is pleased to present the Rooted in Resilience: Healing the Circles within Indigenous Social Drivers of Health Co-learning Series. The series kicks off on October 23rd with an in-person session. Collaborative members are invited to register using this link. Space is limited.
