NATIONAL INFLUENZA VACCINATION WEEK (NIVW)
December 6 – 12, 2020. NIVW is observed annually in December to remind everyone 6 months and older to get vaccinated against flu to be protected during the upcoming winter and holiday months. Winter is near and there is still time to get your flu shot.

NATIONAL ADOPTION MONTH #SHAREAPOST
Thank you to everyone who took the time to #ShareAPost on their social media of some of Ohio's children who are waiting to find a forever family.
ANGEL TREE PROGRAM
We would like to thank the amazing donors, volunteers, and community partners who made our “Angel Tree” possible once again! Over 100 kids, teens and young adults will be receiving Christmas gifts because of YOUR kindness!
BOARDMAN EMERGING LEADERS
The Boardman Emerging Leaders are happily donating over $1,000 worth of gifts to children this holiday. They will be distributed through the Comfort & Hope program ran by Wanda Marland, who provides birthday bags to local children through NOAS and Mahoning County Children Services. We truly appreciate The Boardman Emerging Leaders partnership with The Boardman Rotary, whose extremely generous donation allowed them to make this a holiday the kids won’t soon forget. What a phenomenal program.
WAITING KIDS
Mercades desires a family of any structure as long as they are “nice, loving and caring.” She is very affectionate and tends to connect quickly to parent figures.
