WorkAdvance provides career pathways for individuals interested in manufacturing careers in Ohio. With partners like Goodwill, NOMA connects job-seekers to training, job placement, and support services to help them enter high-demand industries in manufacturing with opportunities for advancement.

At the meeting, AC Robinson discussed his determination for success after returning home, where partners Goodwill assisted him in upskilling opportunities, barrier mitigation, and connection to employment.

Manufacturing Day - October 4th

Fourteen businesses participated in NOMA Manufacturing Day to spark excitement at Toledo Technology Academy of Engineering.

Over 340 students, in 7th through 12th grades, participated in hands on manufacturing activities to get a better understanding of area career opportunities.

2023 Focus on Business Luncheon November 15th

Shipping is critical to the state’s manufacturing, mining and agricultural sectors, which rely on efficient, cost effective waterborne transportation. In addition to this keynote presentation by the American Great Lakes Ports Association, guests will enjoy networking with other Chamber business members, the opportunity to meet students from area high schools, hear updates from the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce, Regional Growth Partnership, and the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority.
