WorkAdvance provides career pathways for individuals interested in manufacturing careers in Ohio. With partners like Goodwill, NOMA connects job-seekers to training, job placement, and support services to help them enter high-demand industries in manufacturing with opportunities for advancement.

Career Awareness & Pathways

Manufacturing Day - October 4th


Fourteen businesses participated in NOMA Manufacturing Day to spark excitement at Toledo Technology Academy of Engineering.


Over 340 students, in 7th through 12th grades, participated in hands on manufacturing activities to get a better understanding of area career opportunities.
