NOPREN Food Security Work Group: Food is Medicine Survey
NOPREN's Food Security Work Group is conducting a survey of Food is Medicine programs nationwide as part of a research study. The University at Buffalo has an approved IRB for this work. If you are involved in running a food prescription program including produce prescriptions, medically tailored groceries, or healthy food boxes for people with food insecurity or chronic diseases, we would appreciate your response to this survey. The goal is to understand and develop best practices for food prescription programs to share broadly within the Food is Medicine Community. Please follow the link below to learn more and complete the survey. We anticipate this survey will take 20 minutes to complete. Your participation will help improve Food is Medicine Programs nationwide. Click here to learn more and complete the survey.
If you have any questions, please contact the project coordinator Jill Tirabassi at jilltira@buffalo.edu
