ROSEVILLE - The North State BIA issued its first sales report of 2018, with the regional homebuilding industry recording 457 sales from 148 communities reporting.
"We are off to a strong start for 2018," said Rachel Bardis, the BIA's 2018 Chair and Principal with Bardis Homes.  "Year over year, we came in at slightly higher than the January 2017 sales total of 442, but looking even further back, its clear just how far our industry has come since the recession . Of course, one month does not provide enough insight into how 2018 will play out, but I'm confident this is a sign of more good monthly sales numbers on the horizon."
