The Independent Rural Health Clinic (RHC) Institute is back! This FREE four-part webinar series is designed to help independent RHCs enhance their chronic care management strategies. Hosted by NOSORH and Stroudwater Associates, this year’s Institute includes an optional “office hour” for clinics to ask specific questions. Independent RHC staff and SORH are encouraged to attend.
