November SR Center Attendance: Next Steps
OEL is still working to resolve issues with the Provider Portal that affects SR attendance for November 2018

The Office of Early Learning is working diligently to resolve the remaining issues and release the New OEL Portal attendance features. However, it will not be ready in time for November attendance. Therefore, we will continue with the payment contingency plan for November 2018. We know this is not ideal, but sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

The Coalition will continue to pay providers on time using amounts from our accounting system for June 2018, with an adjustment for the 22 reimbursable days for November. If a site is school age only, we have already accounted for the switch from estimating at the full time daily rate to the part time daily rate. At this time, the Coalition will NOT be collecting absence forms or supporting documentation. Please save these documents, as you will need to upload them to the OEL Provider Portal when it is fully functional.
The November SR payment will be deposited to your bank account on Thursday, December 20, 2018.
When possible, Providers will need to enter their attendance into the new Portal for July, August, September, and October and November, and the Coalition team will then process these payments. We will use the new OEL system data and our accounting system to reconcile the difference between the estimated monthly payments with the correct monthly payments from the new system. This will allow the Coalition to reconcile and true-up payments and make any necessary adjustments afterward.

Please check your email and the  Portal FAQ page  often for updates.
Your patience is greatly appreciated as we continue the transition process to the new OEL system. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.
