OEL is still working to resolve issues with the Provider Portal that affects SR attendance for October 2018
The Office of Early Learning is working diligently to resolve the remaining issues and release the New Portal attendance features. It is uncertain if the system will be ready in time for October attendance. Therefore, we will continue with the payment contingency plan for October 2018. We know this is not ideal, but sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
Family Child Care Home Providers, please complete the attendance for October 2018 manually using the linked attendance roster by CLICKING HERE.
For further instructions on completing handwritten rosters, please CLICK HERE.
The October SR payment will be deposited to your bank account on Tuesday, November 20, 2018.
When possible, Providers will need to enter their attendance into the new OEL Portal for July, August, September, and October, and the Coalition team will then process these payments. We will use the New OEL system data and our accounting system to reconcile the difference between the estimated monthly payments with the correct monthly payments from the new system. This will allow the Coalition to reconcile and true-up payments and make any necessary adjustments afterward.
Please check your email and the Portal FAQ pageoften for updates. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we continue the transition process to the new OEL system. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.
