NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RULE CHANGES

 

On July 31, 2025, the Board of Directors met in an open Board of Directors’ Meeting to consider adoption of a proposed Trash Policy Amendment, which pursuant to CA statute, was provided to the membership for a minimum 28-day review and comment period. Following brief discussion, the Board of Directors voted unanimously in favor of adopting the Trash Policy Amendment that states trash barrels shall be stored in a manner that minimizes their visual impact when viewed from the common area or the street. When an alcove is not available for this purpose, trash barrels should be stored in your garage or behind your gate, or in an alternate location that is not visible from common area.
