NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RULE CHANGES
On November 7, 2024, the Board of Directors considered three proposed Rule Changes, including amendments to the Election Rules, Architectural Rules, and Trash Collection Rules. The Board voted in favor of amending these Rules.
In accordance with Civil Code §4360(a), the Board is required to provide a minimum 28-day membership comment period. On January 30, 2025, in conformance with Civil Code §4360(b), the Board of Directors reviewed the members' comments regarding the proposed changes to the Rules and unanimously adopted the changes to the three Association Rules.
As required by Civil Code §4360(c), this Notice of Adoption is being provided to the membership.
