QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT

• The Board approved the new budget on August 31, raising the quarterly assessment from $743.00 to $766.00.
• Your first payment is due October 31, 2026 and covers October 1 – December 31. Statements arrive in early October.
• If you use bank bill pay, you must update the amount on your bank website to $766.00.
• If you are not currently signed up for auto debit and would like to be, please print, sign, and return the Auto Debit  Payment Authorization Form with a blank voided check to Member Accounts.

GOLF MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

• On Auto Debit EFT/ACH? We process your payment September 30. Call or email us if you are not sure you are enrolled.
• Not on auto debit? Pay by check or money order in the Admin Office by 4:00 pm September 30, in the drop box before the office opens at 8:30 am October 1 or online using the Member Portal Payment Link dated by September 30. Credit cards are not accepted.
• Paying late? Add the late fee and finance charge; as of October 1, your golf membership will not be active until we receive payment.
• Not rejoining? Tell us right away so the billing is removed: Carol Bratten, 239-731-4573, carolbratten@hgrdnfm.com; Pat Provino, 239-731-4574, MemberAccounts@hgrdnfm.com.
• Dues below include sales tax, trail fees, and GHIN Handicap fee(s), and were billed on your July 2026 statement. If you did not receive a bill, please contact the office.
