To run for a position on the NOTO Board of Directors, you must:

• Be a current Regular Member of NOTO
• Reside in the region you are running for
• Be endorsed by two camp operators from your region

Voting Process:

Once the nomination period comes to a close, ballots will be distributed to each voting member electronically. Members can vote online or submit their ballot by mail/fax up to 24 hours before NOTO’s Annual General Meeting, which will take place virtually in November 2025 (date and time to be announced shortly).

Why Join the Board?

NOTO Board Members help to set the goals and objectives of the organization. Being a member of the Board provides opportunities to share practical knowledge and experience that can help shape NOTO’s advocacy efforts and support a strong and vibrant tourism sector. It’s a rewarding way to stay informed and help move the industry forward. Board members typically meet virtually once a month, excluding the peak operating season.
