Deadline to Submit Nominations:

October 25, 2025

Voting Process:

This year marks the first official Corporate & Community Champion Election. Once the nomination period comes to a close, ballots will be distributed to each voting member electronically. Members can vote online or submit their ballot by mail/fax up to 24 hours before NOTO’s Annual General Meeting, which will take place virtually in November 2025 (date/time to be announced shortly).

Once the election is completed, a second vote will be held to decide which of the two elected candidates will sit as the Corporate & Community Champion President (Chair – 3-year term) and Vice-President (Vice-Chair – 2-year term). After this initial election and term cycle, both executive positions will transition to a 3-year term, with a 1-year stagger between the President's and Vice President's terms to ensure continuity.

The two elected members will also claim the two Corporate & Community Champion member seats on the NOTO Board of Directors for their elected terms.
