A Donation Story: Conwell Egan Highschool

Last month, Conwell Egan High School students Courtney Anderson and Brianna Dion organized a school wide clothing drive to donate to NOVA Thrift Shop! This is Courtney's second year in a row organizing a drive for NTS!

During the clothing drive, four different lunch periods competed to see which period would bring in the most clothing donations. The prize was Duck Donuts. Courtney even worked with some teachers who offered students extra credit for donations. After the collection, a few dozen giant bags of clothing were dropped off at the Thrift Store this week. Thank you to Courtney and Brianna for organizing the drive and thank you to all of the Conwell Egan High School students who donated clothes!

This month NTS will be auctioning off an Original 1959 Barbie Doll.

Barbie comes with a full set of clothing, accessories and her vintage carrying case. This historical item is worth quite a sum--bidding will start at $500.00.
