NOW LIVE: AlignRx 2024 Annual Medicare Part D Search Tool

We are pleased to launch the AlignRx 2024 Annual Medicare Part D Search Tool on our Member Portal. AlignRx developed this interactive tool using the 2024 Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Landscape Source File as the foundation. We then expanded this file by incorporating AlignRx Medicare Part D contract plan information.

Now, you can easily search a vast amount of data to glean Medicare Part D plan details, supporting your discussions with staff and patients.

This tool provides extensive information, including but not limited to:

• Contracted plan information
• Network status – preferred, standard, or out-of-network
• Monthly premiums
• Annual deductibles
• Retail 30-day copays
• Extended-day retail copays (when available)

Accessing the Medicare Part D Search Tool is Easy

1. On the Member Portal home page, select Medicare Part D. You will be directed to the 2024 Medicare Part D tab.
2. Begin your search. You may search by plan type, state, county, plan name, low-income subsidy (LIS), and benefit type.
3. Click "Excel File" to view the sorted document.
