A new series starts tonight at 6:30! See you there!

We have decided to shoot for May 4-11, 2024 for Guatemalan Health Talents International Surgical Mission Trip. Some general info attached.

Trip is primarily surgical (GYN and General Surgery) in nature and we will be located at their hospital facility, Clinica Ezell Hospital.

We can use one-two CRNA those weeks, three surgical techs or OR scrub nurses, three circulating nurses and twelve nurses in recovery...the trips are wide open for plenty of help.

We can also use a dentist.

Others with no specific medical background are needed as caregivers.

Spanish translators are always helpful.

Health Talents International takes care of most all logistics of the trip. In general, the participant pays HTI for airfare (today about $600 round-trip from LR) plus a relatively small trip fee ($800; or $950 if the recommended tourist day in Antigua is elected) and HTI buys/arranges travel and room/board. Except for personal purchases, there is no further out-of-pocket expense for the trip. All monies paid to HTI are tax deductible.

Specific questions are best asked of Rick Harper, who is very responsive to questions; contact info below.

Please join us Sunday, October 29 for our annual "Hall"Oween hayride & bonfire at the Halls. Bring your tailgate chairs/blankets and gather at 5pm for a weenie roast and praise around the fire. Once it gets dark those that want to ride on a "spooky" hayride will depart and hopefully return. Please sign up below to bring a pot of Chili, a side dish, stuff for S'mores, and drinks. Please drop drinks to church by service that morning. 10/29 5pm @ 315 Redoak Dr.
