PEOSH COMPLAINT WITH
THE NJ DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
JNESO has filed a complaint with the NJ Department of Health regarding the lack of fit testing of masks you receive from management. The regulation states that you must yearly be fit tested, and when you receive a mask that is different from the structure of the mask you previously had you must also be fit tested.

The City of Newark has not done this for our JNESO members. An investigation will be conducted by an Occupational Health Consultant for the NJ PEOSH.

We need your participation to provide details to the NJ PEOSH consultant regarding the fit testing of masks, please contact your Labor Rep. Meredith Larson (below).
