JNESO DEMANDS THE CITY OF NEWARK MEET TO DISCUSS THE IMPACT OF THEIR COVID VACCINATION MANDATE
MANAGEMENT SHOULD PROVIDE ADEQUATE TIME FOR MEMBERS TO SECURE THEIR MEDICAL OR RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION!
JNESO filed PERC charges for the intimidation of our members, the violation of member’s Weingarten Rights, and for the lack of response to our request for information and impact bargaining.

In addition, JNESO filed two grievances for the unjust suspensions of our members.

Our voice will not be silent! The City of Newark has an obligation to respond to these charges and our requests.
PLEASE CONTINUE TO REPORT TO WORK AS SCHEDULED!
IF MANAGEMENT SENDS YOU HOME OR CANCELS YOUR SHIFT, CONTACT YOUR LABOR REP. MEREDITH LARSON IMMEDIATELY!
THIS AND OTHER TOPICS WILL BE DISCUSSED AT OUR GENERAL (ZOOM) MEMBERSHIP MEETING
