RPAC PHONE BANK RAISES OVER $34,000!

We held our annual RPAC Phone Bank on July 9th at the Nebraska REALTORS® Association Office. Nearly 20 members called their fellow REALTORS® to encourage them to invest in RPAC. We were able to raise over $34,000 for RPAC during the Phone Bank! Thank you to everyone who helped make this event a great success!

SEEKING RPAC TRUSTEE APPLICATIONS

Applications are due tomorrow for Omaha Region and Lincoln Region RPAC Trustees

The NE-RPAC Board of Trustees is the group that decides which candidates are supported with RPAC funds at the state level. Trustees serve three-year terms and are eligible to serve up to two successive terms. Please review the responsibilities of an RPAC Trustee prior to submitting an application. 

Interviews will be held during the Fall Business Meetings on Monday, September 8th at The Cornhusker, Lincoln. Applicants must be able to attend the interviews to be considered for the position.

Omaha Region is comprised of: The Omaha Area Board of REALTORS®

Past Presidents' Scholarship Qualification Criteria

The applicant must be:



• A college junior or senior in good standing for the academic year scholarship is received. - or - A post-graduate student in good standing seeking an advanced degree.

• If a college junior or senior undergraduate: Enrolled as a full-time student at one of the University of Nebraska campuses.

• Working toward a degree in Business Administration or Construction Management.

• Additionally, all finalists are required to attend a personal interview as part of the selection process.

The deadline to apply is Friday, August 1.

APPLY TO BE AN HBAF DIRECTOR

HBAF is a nonprofit organization with a mission to support first-time home buyers in Nebraska, with an emphasis on low and moderate income individuals and communities. The foundation also works to offer housing relief to communities affected by natural disaster.

The Home Buyer's Assistance Foundation has three terms ending in 2025.

• Position Term: January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2028

• Application Deadline: Tuesday, August 19th
