KIM ZWIENER INSTALLED AS 2026 PRESIDENT

On Thursday, September 9th, we gathered at The Gala in Lincoln to celebrate the Inauguration of Kim Zwiener who will serve as our 2026 President. We also celebrated all of the great accomplishments thus far under the presidency of Susan Clark.

Our 2026 Officers and Board of Directors were also installed. We congratulate each and every one of you and thank you for your dedicated service to the Nebraska REALTORS Association!

FALL MEETINGS RECAP

Last week, over 200 Nebraska REALTORS® from across the state gathered for an impactful three days at the Cornhusker Marriott in Lincoln during our Fall Meetings.

Members engaged in learning, networking, and collaboration, along with industry-focused classes covering key trends, best practices, and essential skills to excel in today’s market.

Committee meetings provided members the opportunity to drive association initiatives forward, fostering involvement and leadership within the REALTOR® community.

BROKER SUMMIT RECAP

We held our annual Broker Summit during Fall Meetings, on Wednesday, September 10th at the Cornhusker Marriott Lincoln. Our keynote speaker was Shayla Deam, Director of Strategic Growth and Associate Broker with RE/MAX. She led the afternoon portion of our Broker Summit, focusing on recruiting and retention.

We also had a 'New to the Industry Panel' including Jordyn Boyd, Shauna Soulliere, Bailey Calhoun, and Billy Clark.

RPAC MUSIC BINGO RECAP

As always, RPAC Music Bingo was a hit! We sang, we networked, and most importantly, we raised $10,800 for RPAC on Monday, September 8th during our Fall Meetings!
