• 2027 President-Elect (term 01/01/2027 - 12/31/2028)

• 2027 Treasurer (term 01/01/2027 - 12/31/2028)

• National Director At-Large Representative (term 12/01/2027 - 11/30/2029)

Members from all local boards and at-large members of the Nebraska REALTORS® Association are welcome to apply.

The NRA Nominating Committee interviews all candidates. Candidates need to complete this application no later than November 30, 2025.

Our 2025 President-Elect, Kim Zwiener, and Treasurer, Bill Swanson, attended the Grand Island Board of REALTORS® Membership Luncheon on September 17th at The Hideout in Grand Island.

We discussed important topics happening at the Nebraska REALTORS Association and our new Strategic Plan we are implementing.

After the luncheon, several GIBOR members gave us a guided tour around Grand Island, showing us both the historical sites and the new developments taking place.



We are really enjoying meeting one-on-one with local associations across the state and gaining more insight on what members need. We can’t wait to incorporate all of your ideas!
