The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess – The conference venue is located at 7575 East Princess Drive, Scottsdale, Arizona 85255. The closest airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Attendees are encouraged to take a taxi or a rideshare service to/from the conference venue. Self-parking and valet rates may apply.

 

NRC Conference App: Before you leave, don’t forget to download the NRC Conference App. In an effort to cut down on paper waste, we will not provide hard copies of the conference program or schedule to attendees this year. Trap Shooting (SOLD-OUT): 1:00pm on Friday, Jan 5 – Bus transportation departs the hotel at 12:15pm. Please note that the only transportation to/from the Trap Shooting is by bus which will pick up from the conference drive outside of the Princess Ballroom. The NRC’s 2024 Trap Shooting Event will be held at the world-renowned Ben Avery Shooting Facility and registration fee includes roundtrip bus transportation, water/snacks, firearm rentals, ammo, eye and ear protection, and a licensed professional at each stand. Golf Tournament (SOLD-OUT): 12:00pm on Friday, January 5  Bus Transportation for the courses will begin at 10:45 am from the conference drive outside the Princess Ballroom. The 2024 NRC Golf Tournament will be held at the TPC Scottsdale Stadium (home to the PGA Tour's famous Waste Management Open) and Champion courses.

 

Your golf registration fee includes carts, green fees, lunch and refreshments, access to the driving range and putting green the day-of the tournament, a gift, and prizes. Foursomes and golf course assignments will be made available via email to golfers closer to the event date. Golf attire is required on both courses.
