Winter 2026 Symposium – Theranostics: Precision Imaging Meets Targeted Therapy

Join us on in San Francisco, CA on Thursday, January 22, 2026 from 8am-12pm PT. The session will also be available virtually. This symposium will provide a comprehensive look at theranostics and radiopharmaceutical therapy. The program will begin with an introduction to the scientific foundations of radiopharmaceuticals, outlining how these agents differ from external beam radiation, and the practical considerations of imaging, dosimetry, and safe delivery. Participants will gain insight into the operational, regulatory, and infrastructural requirements needed to build a successful theranostics program within their institution.

NRG-GI008/CIRCULATE-North America is enrolling patients with stage III resected colon cancer or circulating tumor DNA positive (ctDNA+) Stage II or Stage IIIC resected colon cancer.

 

NRG-HN010: The HER2-positive cohort remains open and actively recruiting patients with salivary gland cancer.

 

NRG-LU007 is enrolling patients with extensive stage small-cell lung cancer. Only 17 more patients to complete the phase II portion of this trial!

5. GENITOURINARY

NRG-GU011: Reusable Temperature Monitor Process Change

Starting November 24, 2025, McKesson Clinical Research Services will enhance its shipping process by introducing Tag-N-Trac reusable temperature monitoring devices in select 3L small parcel shipments, including those for NRG-GU011. A memo with further details is posted to CTSU.

 

6. HEAD & NECK

NRG-HN008

Reminder: please update treatment and AE data weekly. This is a Phase I trial and timely data submission is very important.

 

7. GYNECOLOGIC

NRG-GY020: Approaching its final analysis. To provide the investigators with the most accurate information, please submit all overdue data and update any outstanding patient data queries by December 1, 2025.

 

NRG-GY026: Accruing patients of all stages and all histologic subtypes of endometrial cancer.


NRG-GY031: Please note there is an error in the section 4.2 table and the Biospecimen Collection and Submission Manual. The Part I PK collection is to be done on Cycle 1, Day 1, and Cycle 1, Day 8. This will be updated with the next amendment.

 

NRG-GY037 requires blocks to be submitted, but the study team recognizes variations in site operating procedures to release blocks. Please refer to the Letter to Pathologists in the Biospecimen Collection and Submission Manual. If your site is experiencing any issues with this requirement, please contact the study team as we can work with sites on a case-by-case basis to ensure patients have an opportunity to participate in this trial.

8. VTOC TRAINING

For all NRG studies that use VTOC (Vision Tree Optimal Care): It has come to our attention that although Vision Tree has whitelisted their domain, Yahoo and AT&T have strong filters for spam that have been prohibiting participants from getting their emails. Please ask participants to 1) saves the email address (fasttrack@optimalcare.com) as a contact or 2) suggest an alternative email (i.e. gmail is a successful alternative) when setting up their accounts.

NRG Oncology implemented system updates on November 9, 2025. This was the first of two NRG Oncology system updates that will be conducted before the end of the year 2025. The second update is confirmed to occur from Friday, November 21, 2025, at 5pm EST through Sunday, November 23, 2025. 3. NRG-GU015 (ARCHER) Study Webinar
