📅 Wednesday, October 21, 2026 | 🕝 2:30 p.m. ET

Read more under the News section of this broadcast.

Reminder, the following clinical trials are open to enrollment. Please continue to review your patient population and discuss enrollment opportunities with your clinical teams. All protocol related documents are posted on CTSU.

NRG-BR009 (OFSET) is a Phase III randomized trial now enrolling premenopausal women with pN0-1, ER-positive and HER2-negative breast cancer.

NRG-HN011: Please consider enrolling participants with recurrent or metastatic EBV-associated nasopharyngeal cancer to this trial.

AMENDMENT

HEAD & NECK

RTOG 1008: Amendment 12; protocol version date: September 18, 2026 (posted on CTSU)

OTHER PROTOCOL NOTICES

1. BIOSPECIMEN BANK

Printing Biospecimen Transmittal PDFs from Rave

Please note an effort is underway to clarify how to obtain a Biospecimen Transmittal PDF for submission to the NRG Oncology Biospecimen Bank. Read More

2. CANCER CONTROL & PREVENTION

NRG-CC005 (FORTE): Clinical research professionals can sign up for NRG Oncology Weekly Broadcasts to receive monthly FORTE Fridays updates directly to your inbox (click here).

3. GASTROINTESTINAL

NRG-GI008 (CIRCULATE-North America): Amendment 5 Approval Letter Correction (posted on CTSU)

NRG-GI008 (CIRCULATE-North America): Please see the memorandum, dated August 31, 2026, (posted on CTSU) for Important Information regarding the Natera Investigator Portal for Kit Ordering.

NRG-GI008 (CIRCULATE-North America): Memo for Revised Investigator Commitment Form and Revised Form (posted on CTSU)

4. GENITOURINARY

NRG-GU012: Attn sites in Canada - Amendment 8 has been approved by Health Canada. The NOL and forms are posted on CTSU. Please submit the CTSI and protocol signature page to CTSU.

5. GYNECOLOGIC

NRG-GY031: Please note there is an error in the section 4.2 table and the Biospecimen Collection and Submission Manual. The Part I PK collection is to be done on Cycle 1, Day 1, and Cycle 1, Day 8. This will be updated with the next amendment.

NRG-GY037: An amendment is under review by CTEP that will allow for 15 unstained sections (5um, charged) to be submitted in lieu of a block if absolutely necessary. While the amendment is awaiting CTEP review and approval, sites may submit unstained slides in lieu of a block without emailing the study team for an exception. Please note, submission of tumor blocks is strongly recommended.

Additionally, there is an error in the informed consent. The informed consent should read “carboplatin” for the induction sentence but instead reads “cisplatin”. Throughout the protocol and other parts of the informed consent there is mention of carboplatin induction. This will be corrected with the next amendment.

NRG-GY038: Please note a clarification regarding urinalysis monitoring on NRG-GY038. As stated in the study calendar footnote and Section 4.2, urinalysis is to be collected every other cycle during both the treatment and bevacizumab maintenance phases for patients on both Arms. The corresponding box on the Table in Section 4.2 for the maintenance phase was inadvertently not marked. Sites should continue to collect urinalysis every other cycle throughout bevacizumab maintenance, consistent with standard renal/proteinuria monitoring for bevacizumab.

This discrepancy will be formally corrected in an upcoming protocol amendment. No action beyond continued every-other-cycle urinalysis collection during maintenance is required at this time.
