NRG-BN011: Reminder: Please ensure that all required specimens and paperwork are submitted for central review. Incomplete submissions will result in turnaround time delays. The following must be submitted:

-         A block and slide must be submitted

-         The slide must be from the block sent; the block and must match

-         Complete the ST and P4 forms and submit the redacted pathology report

The analysis runs over several days and cannot be expedited. All cases are processed as quickly as possible.

NRG-GY031: Please note, there is an error in the section 4.2 table and the Biospecimen Collection and Submission Manual. The Part I PK collection is to be done on Cycle 1, Day 1, and Cycle 1, Day 8. This will be updated with the next amendment.

2. Cancer Prevention and Control - NRG-CC008 Webinar

The study chairs and team will be hosting a webinar on Friday, October 3, 2025, 12:00 – 1:00pmET, to discuss baseline PRO completion, subject retention/long-term follow-up, address protocol amendment questions and STIC lesions. We’d also like to hear from participating sites about their experiences with this trial. Please register in advance for this meeting here. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

3. NRG-BR009/OFSET Study Webinars

The BR009 Protocol Leadership is planning webinars for the NRG-BR009 trial on September 30, October 6, 7, and 9. There will be an overview of the protocol and frequently asked questions will be discussed. There will also be time for questions and answers. These webinars are intended for BR009 research staff at the sites, for sites that currently have NRG-BR009 open, as well as those interested in opening BR009 at their site in the future. 4. NCORP Pilot Grant – Call for Letter of Intent (LOI)

NRG NCORP is soliciting LOIs in preparation for the next NCORP pilot grant RFA.

• Anyone interested in applying must submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) by October 24, 2025. Click here to download the form
• The request for funding application (RFA) for NCORP pilot projects will be released in Spring 2026; however, interested applicants must submit a LOI.
• NCORP committee chairs will review LOIs and select those best aligned with committee goals, NCORP priorities and feasible.
• Selected investigators will be notified and invited to attend a workshop the NRG Winter Meeting in San Francisco, CA; January 22-24, 2026
