FOR NRG MEMBERS 

If you are an NRG Oncology Member, you can login to our website and find the full listing of virtual session links on our Virtual Session Resources webpage.

FOR NON-NRG MEMBERS 

If you are not a member or are unable to login to the NRG website, please access the virtual session that you wish to attend by logging into CVENT (https://cvent.me/B3BmaD). Registration is required to access the Attendee Hub. Please click here to register if you have not done so already. Instructions on how to access the Attendee Hub on CVENT are available below. 

What is the Attendee Hub?

The Attendee Hub is NRG’s meeting platform where attendees can access their list of registered sessions, view the venue map, meeting Wi-Fi information, session agendas, and virtual session information. The Attendee Hub has a mobile app for in-person attendees.  

How to Access the Attendee Hub

Logging into the NRG Oncology Summer Meeting Attendee Hub 

1. When you go to the Attendee Hub, you will be prompted to provide your name and email address. Enter the information that you used to register for the meeting. 
2. You will receive a 6-digit verification code via email and text message. If you do not receive a code, please check your Junk/Spam folder. 
3. Enter the 6-digit verification code to enter the Attendee Hub. 
4. For privacy reasons, you may be logged out due to inactivity. To log back in, click the link below and follow the process to receive a new verification code.
